The Baltimore Museum of Art was founded in the year 1914. This is greatly famous because of the collections and displays here including works by prominent artists such as Picasso, Cezanne, Matisse, Renoir and van Gogh.

As a group, they are known as the Cone Collection since they have been brought together by sisters Etta and Claribel Cone.
