The first matter was a 4 page tabloid that was printed in mid 1830s in downtown Baltimore. In 1851, this was a 5 storey structure located in southern streets of Baltimore. And in 1904, this structure was destroyed mainly in Great-Baltimore Fire. In 1988, the firm purchased a land in Baltimore and built 'Baltimore City paper' company. This building housed a packaging facility and satellite printing, along with distribution operation.
