All the Baltimore campuses are easily accessible from the International airports in the city. You can also reach the university by taxi and trains depending on which part of the city you are in. Homewood Campus is situated in North Baltimore near Charles Village. It is a beautiful and peaceful campus. This campus is surrounded by all the other important landmarks in the city. The second campus is located in East Baltimore. This campus is dedicated to the study of medicine. The School of Nursing, Bloomberg School of Public Health and School of Medicine are located in this campus.

The Downtown campus is situated in the business district of Baltimore. This is one of the newest campuses established in January 2001. This is a huge campus covering 35,000 square ft. of land. The business school is settled in this campus. Another campus is located in Mount Vernon in Baltimore which is famous for cultural events. The Applied Physics Laboratory is also located in Baltimore. The School of Engineering, the School of Education and the School of Arts and Sciences all are situated in Montgomery county of Maryland.
Campus life in JHU is colorful. Several events take place in various campuses of which the students are a part. Some of the events include Sculpture at Evergreen 6: Simultaneous Presence, Baltimore's Billy Baldwin and Getting Started with Blackboard. Some of the events also welcome the participation of the outsiders. They include Movies in Homewood campus, Scotland's Single Malts in Homewood Museum, HSO Season Finale and Gatsby's Great Garden Party. You can also visit the Lacrosse Hall of Fame and Museum and Theater Hopkins. You can be a part of the Shiver Hall Concert Series and the Peaboy events and also the Hopkins Symphony Orchestra performance.
