Excellent location in the heart of downtown - near the sports arena and train station - great restaurants nearby - convention center and other local attractions
Impressive historic building - up to date renovations - beautiful chandeliers - classic stained glass windows in the lobby - a nice blend of the old and the new
Spacious room with modern fixtures - well equipped with all the amenities you may use - European style - great room with high ceiling - very nice bathroom with a stand up and glass walled shower
Friendly reception - attentive and patient staff - expert at dealing with kids - responsive to everything - pretty dog friendly
On-site restaurant was okay but pricy - used room services service times during our stay - the hotel was above and beyond
Everything was pleasant - would recommend it to everyone
