
B&O Railroad Museum
It sure is an adventure to visit this wonderful B&O railroad museum. This one is one of the oldest and common carrier railroad. At first it was only linking the areas around Baltimore but know it has been extended and has spread over connecting 13 great States with the Nation.
The museum tells a comprehensive detailed story of railroading everyday. The city station has an historic significance and you will be excited to watch one of the oldest railroads stations around. There is a gift store in the museum from where we can buy souvenirs and gifts for our loved ones. The museum is located in a converted switching yard.
The visitors are allowed to climb the train and look around and there are a lot of historical displays. The main features of the Museum are railroad cars and memorabilia. Kids love to climb in the caboose and they also love to watch toy trains make their way through an outdoor garden layout.
